Because we hate the idea of not being able to work with exceptional people because of geography. We are value driven, we don't track hours, unless if the project is entitled to it, but the end of the day it's about the delivery and commitment.

We are all good at what we do because we exchange, and learn from each other, our projects, challenges, clients, and even our kids.

We don't tolerate the genius a$#hole. Although they may be good, but would rather have the humble and the eager.
