  • Communications with us (feedback, support, surveys).

b. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage data: features accessed, time on platform (via privacy-focused analytics).

  • Device/log info: IP, browser, crash/error reports.

  • Cookies: limited to essential, central use of ads, and analytics-only.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data to:

  • Build and maintain your Skill DNA profile.

  • Match talent with business missions using our AI algorithms.

  • Power the Workforce Flywheel OS: Assess → Learn → Prove → Match → Perform → Improve.

  • Provide anonymized, bias-aware matching.

  • Facilitate employer-talent engagements (contracts, payroll, compliance).

  • Improve the platform through performance telemetry and analytics.
