• Projects (Talent Augmentation): Use this when you need to solve a specific business problem fast without adding permanent headcount. • Jobs (Sourcing & Hiring): Use this when you need to fill a permanent role with the right long-term capability. We deliver an evidence-backed shortlist, you interview with artifacts (not anecdotes), and you hire with confidence, reducing mis-hire risk
